Southview Acres Healthcare Center is looking for a Admissions Nurse to join our team!

Job Duties:

• Review all referrals from Hospitals, Clinics, and other agencies for appropriateness of services.
• Assist and develop with admissions and marketing team a growing base of referral sources leading to a consistent flow of inquiries resulting in admission and revenue growth.
• Provide tours of the facility to future residents and family members while in the building.Assist in the training of the backup facility marketing/admissions team.
• Manage conversion process for inquiries to admissions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the facilities products and services and the market demands and trends.
• Coordinate the pre-admission process and acts as liaison between the customer and the facility.
• Working with the Admissions Director to ensure the the facility was a good fit clinically for the resident. 
• Complete clinical prior authorizations needed for insurance agencies.

Qualifications:

RN or LPN license - Preferred

At least 2-4 years in a Skilled Long Term Care Setting

At least 2+ years of marketing and/or sales in healthcare or related field - Preferred
