Southview Acres Healthcare Center is looking for an energetic and outgoing Admissions Director to join their team!

Admissions Director Job Duties:

• Coordination of admissions to the facility through generating referrals.
• Admits Residents by directing the admissions process, developing, implementing and maintaining revenue generated strategies.
• Determining an implanting admissions best practices.
• Developing an maintaining relationships with area referral sources.
• Promote the facility in the community.
• Conducting tours of the facility for all outside interested parties.
• Sign in new patients to the facility.
• Assign physicians to the new residents/patients.
• Coordinate all details between hospital, doctor, facility and the field staff.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field.
• Superior Interpersonal, communication skills and energetic
• Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry.
• 3+ years in long term care admissions is preferred.
• Marketing experience a plus
